• Agrawal Production House is the exclusive owner and organizer of Gwalior Couture Fashion Week (GCFW), India's Top Model (ITM), MP Greatest Talent Show and Gujarat Greatest Talent Show.

• The proprietor reserves the right to modify its rules and regulations at any point of time and use any content (photographs/videos) submitted by the participant for marketing of its events and services and other promotional activities.

• The company's decision regarding the applicant's eligibility and further selection shall be final and no queries by the participant or any person whatsoever questioning the talent hunt's outcome shall be entertained.

• In the event of any dispute, it will be settled mutually by a sole arbitrator appointed by the organizers.

• Agrawal Production House holds the right to use photographs, videos and other details provided by the contestant for any promotional activity/s planned in present or to be planned in future. Contestant by accepting the rules and regulation of the organization abide and give consent of usage of such material mentioned above for promotional activity. The organization shall bear no compensation in kind or cash to the contestants for the material used as mentioned above

• Registration fees is Rupees 500 Plus 18% GST and once shortlisted, contestants will have to pay Enrolment fee which shall include Accommodation, Meals, Coaching, Promotion, Costumes, Makeover and Professional Portfolio etc. Note: Accommodation, Costumes, Makeover and Professional Portfolio will be provided to the India’s top model Candidates only.

• The fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable.

• The applicant shall be required to produce a valid document as proof of identity and age.

• Valid Document: Passport, Birth Certificate, Driving license, Aadhar card etc.

• The applicant must declare if she is under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for auditions.

• In the event if any dispute arises, will be settled mutually by a sole arbitrator appointed by the organizers. The jurisdiction of the Courts of Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh shall be applicable.

• Disclaimer - Agrawal Production House shall not be liable to any participant or third party in the event that the talent hunt is postponed or unable to commence for any reason beyond the control of the organization.

• The organization shall not be responsible for any monetary loss/damage to property or physical injury to the contestant or any other person during their participation in the competition or during the events arranged by the organization.
